Your Main Responsibilities:
- Pro-active selling of products to both existing and new customers in order to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales revenue targets and other performance targets.
- Handling phone calls involving challenging conversations or complex problems.
- Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling.
- Monitor members’ reactions and competitors’ activities thru daily/weekly reports and submit to immediate superior.
- Keeping up to date with market changes and developments, and new products.
- Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Any other duties and ad hoc tasks as reasonably requested.
- Candidate must be fluent in at least one of the following language: Mandarin / Thai / Indo / Viet.
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma / Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office. Must be computer savvy and have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in English is a plus.
- Preferably with at least 2 years sales experience.
- Must be able to work on shifting schedule and public holidays.
- Successful applicants will be based at Makati City.
