MALAYSIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER 

Responsibilities:

  •     Support customer concerns via phone call, chat and other social media sites.
  •     Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
  •     Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts.
  •     Collecting customer feedback/information and analyzing customer needs.
  •     Assist in processing customers’ payment verification for RMB currency.


Requirements:

  •     Candidate must possess at least Diploma Holder / Degree Holder in Business, Hotel Management and equivalent.
  •     Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  •     Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  •     Ability to speak in English is an advantage.
  •     Able to handle to handle demanding customers and bright ideas on problem solving for customers.
  •     Excellent listening skills.
  •     Must be patient.
  •     With above typing skills and can type at least 80 WMP
  •     With Customer Service experience is a plus.
  •     Must be able to work shifting schedule and public holidays.
  •     Must be Malaysian National.
  •     Must be Female.
  •     Must be 21-30 years of age.
  •     Willing to work in Philippines.
